· I've just registered on globiz.hu, but I can't sign in, what should I do?
The activation is not automatic, to protect our partners we always verify every registration. If our salesperson has already
contacted you and your account has been activated, then please double check your username and password. If the problem still
occurs please don't hesitate to contact us.
· I've forgot my password, what can I do?
Please contact us, then after a short reconciliation process we can't send you a new password to your registered email address.
· How can I change my personal or company data?
After a reconciliation we can modify your data. To achieve that please contact us by phone. You can change your password
within the webshop under your profile.
· Can I pay by card?
No, in the moment you can only pay by cash or wire transfer.
· Can I pay by EUR?
Yes, you can order in EUR on our website, or you can request other currencies from us before you prepare your order.
· Are the prices on the website including VAT?
No, it's always the net price.
· How much is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value based on the actual stock is 10.000 HUF.
· How can I get the ordered properties?
We can ship your order by a parcel company, or you can get it by person at our showroom.
· Should I pay shipping cost?
To Hungary every order that is over 40.000 HUF will be shipped by free. To any other country you should contact us about that.
· I can't take my order on the given day. What should I do?
You may tell us the proper date when you can receive the parcel. You can either do it by phone or you can write it into the notes section of your order.
· The parcel hasn't been shipped in time. What can I do?
It's probably only in late by a traffic reason. We can check on your parcel, please contact us.
· How much warranty I get on your products?
Usually our products has a warranty of 1 year.
· My product is defected. What should I do?
If your product is within the warranty time, it should be returned to us. Please note that we can't repair products outside of the warranty time. For any further question please contact us.
· What should I keep for the warranty?
We need the product and all applications that shipped with. It's also good to have the packing. By that you have to keep the invoice and - if have any - the warranty card.
· When will be the returned goods ready?
Our colleagues are doing their best to return the products as soon as possible, and we will contact you about that. The repairing process usually takes about 5-8 business days.
· How can I find stock information about a product?
When you try to add to cart something, our webshop will check it's availabilty. Otherwise you can always contact us by phone about that.
· If a product is not on stock, when it will be available?
If we have an arriving date, then our webshop will show you that, or our salesperson also can tell you about that.
· Can I preorder products?
If something is out of stock you can make a preorder for it. For the preordered items you do not have a purchase obligation.
We will inform you when it's available again and you can decide to buy it or not. For your request we can make preorders for larger quantities as well.
· Where can I get information of new products and special sales?
After your registration - if you've allowed to us - we will send you a newsletter about the new product lines and special offers.
Otherwise in the webshop - after you login - you can check the NEWS section for the same information.
· Where can I check the actual newsletter?
After you've logined you can find all newsletters in the NEWS section.
· How can I subscribe or unsubcribe to the newsletter?
In the registration process you will be - if you allow - put on the mailing list. If you are already registered and don't get a newsletter please contact us. To unsubcribe you can click the corresponding link in any newsletter's footer.
· I've just send you a mail, but I didn't get an answer. What should I do?
Our colleagues try to answer every mail in one business day. If you didn't get any reply from us within that time, plase don't hesitate to contact us.
